I would like to make a group booking, do you offer this service?
Absolutely, we love group bookings! We cater for bridal parties, birthdays, hens pamper days and any other special occasion. We advise you to pre book these sort of appointments in advance if you have more than 4 of you wanting treatments but we will always do our best to accommodate you no matter when you would like to book. We can also provide refreshments personalised to your occasion upon request and an agreed extra charge. Depending on the group size we may require a 50% deposit to secure a large booking.
I am pregnant, are there any treatments that are safe for me to have?
Yes most of our treatments are completely safe on pregnant women. The only treatments unavailable to pregnant women as a safety precaution are certain chemical peels, teeth whitening and electrotherapy.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 50% deposit for many bookings upfront, this is non refundable if the client does not show up to the appointment or if they fail to give us 24+ hours notice that they can no longer attend. Some bookings will require 100% payment upfront, if it is a large booking and the client hasn’t booked before. Credits from deposits are only given on management discretion and dependant on the situation for failure to attend. If the booking is one hour plus in treatment time, and the client fails to attend or notify of non attendance, 100% of the treatment cost will need to be paid. This may mean a loss in voucher, or that your on file card will be charged for the remainder of the treatment cost. We also have the right to decline future appointments for clients who frequently do not show up to their appointments or regularly cancel on us within the appropriate timeframe.
