I would like to make a group booking, do you offer this service?

Absolutely, we love group bookings! We cater for bridal parties, birthdays, hens pamper days and any other special occasion. We advise you to pre book these sort of appointments in advance if you have more than 4 of you wanting treatments but we will always do our best to accommodate you no matter when you would like to book. We also provide refreshments personalised to your occasion. Depending on the group size we may require a 50% deposit to secure a large booking.

I am pregnant, are there any treatments that are safe for me to have?

Yes most of our treatments are completely safe on pregnant women. The only treatments unavailable to pregnant women as a safety precaution are chemical peels, teeth whitening and electrotherapy.

What is a pedispa?

Relax in our shiatsu massage chairs with integrated foot spas to give you the ultimate pedicure experience. Our deluxe pedispas include trimming and filing the nails, tidying cuticles, heel scrubs, foot and leg buffing exfoliant, foot and leg soothing massage and we finish off with a long lasting vinylux nail polish. We believe in maintaining a high level of hygiene so we clean our pedispas and equipment with hospital grade disinfectant.

What is a skin consultation?

During a skin consultation we perform a facial cleanse to closely examine the clients skin. We then discuss with them their skin concerns and goals and create a treatment plan and home care regime. The cost of the consultation can be redeemed immediately on skin care product purchases.

What is a lash lift?

A lash lift is basically like a perm for your lashes, but instead of curling the whole lash our expert beauty therapists use silicone rods matched to your lash length to 'lift' the lashes from the roots, therefore opening up your eyes and resulting in the look of extensions. It lasts until your natural lashes shed, so up to 10 weeks. We recommend it with a lash tint for extra amazing results. The Beauty Collective was the first salon in Port Lincoln to offer this treatment so you can trust us with your delicate eye area.

Tell me more about Dermapen/skin needling?

Conditions effectively treated and managed by Dermapen micro needling are collagen production, skin rejuvenation, ageing, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, problematic skin and breakouts, enlarged pores, milia, scarring and sun damage. Visible results can start to be seen after just one treatment but a course of atleast 3 are always recommended as glowing skin doesn’t happen overnight! Most guests can return to their normal daily activities after the treatment, some redness and discomfort can be experienced but a mild numbing cream can be applied during the treatment if desired. Active ingredients in your home skin care routine are an important part of strengthening your skin for the needling process so we prefer our needling clients visit us for an in depth consultation prior to booking in for this service. Our therapists have completed the required advanced needling certificates and love that they have been able to bring this amazing medical grade service to the Eyre Peninsula!

Do you offer make up application?

Yes we sure do. Most of our beauty therapists are also make up artists and specialise in beautiful, natural looks. We also offer false lash application at a small extra charge. We recommend a trial so that you get exactly the make up look you had in mind for your special occasion.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. We are animal lovers and the products that we stock are proudly non animal tested.

Are your spray tans organic?

Yes. We use the very popular Vani-T spray tans and they are certified organic with naturally derived ingredients yet they give even, long lasting, natural looking results.
